This revision petition is filed against the order dated 20.10.2016 passed in I.A. No.1912 of 2016 in O.S. No.663 of 2016 by the II Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the impugned order of the lower Court. 3) Leave apart there is a remedy of appeal against even an exparte order, for status quo order is as good as injunction, to maintain the appeal, once it is stated that a counter is filed after the exparte order is passed, in the pending petition, proper remedy is to direct the lower Court to dispose of the temporary injunction application rather than interfering by calling for the record and stalling the matter. 4) Accordingly, the revision is disposed of, for nothing more to interfere but for directing the lower Court to dispose of the petition at any cost within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in these revisions shall stand closed.
