HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.44779 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader (Home) for respondents.

The petitioner prays for the following relief :- " .....to issue an order or orders more particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 4th respondent herein in not taking appropriate action pursuant to the crime in FIR No.1106 of 2017 dated 05-12-2017 on the file of Jeedimetla Police Station, Hyderabad, T.S. as biased, arbitrary....." . Learned Assistant Government Pleader (Home), on instructions, submits that after completion of investigation in Cr.No.1106 of 2017, the 4th respondent has filed charge-sheet before VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Medchal.

In view of filing of charge-sheet, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the writ prayer.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
