This Criminal Petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR No.169 of 2017 on the file of Mummidvaram Police Station, East Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh, registered for the offence punishable under Section 324 IPC. After arguing the matter for awhile, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested this Court to direct the concerned to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Ar n esh Ku m ar v.
