Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is in custody for a period of about four years. The trial has begun. The prosecution has examined 20 witnesses and about 4 to 5 witnesses are remaining. In these circumstances, the question of entertaining this application for bail does not arise. However, it is expected that the trial Court would conclude the trial expeditiously. 2.
