Heard learned counsel for the appellant and respondent No.3. None present for respondent No.1-MHADA. Considering that the ad interim order, in terms of prayer clauses (a) & (b), was granted by this Court on 21.04.2003 and it is still continued, the said interim order in terms of prayer clause (b) is continued till the decision of this appeal considering that the appeal is of the year 2002 and ripe for hearing. However, as regards the interim order relating to prayer clause (a), which pertains to the quashing and setting aside the impugned Judgment and Order of the City Civil Court, that order is set aside as the appeal is yet to be heard. 2.
