Civil Applications are filed by the applicants seeking permission to withdraw name from cause title of the Writ Petition. 3 / 4

Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, we allow the Civil Applications in terms of prayer clause (a) of the same. As a result, the interim order passed in respect of the land mentioned in prayer clause (a) stands vacated. 4.
The learned counsel for the petitioners to delete the names of the applicants from the cause title within a week. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation, subject to giving possession of the land in question to the respondents. 5.
List the Writ Petitions in the week commencing from 23.1.2018.
