It appears from record that the appellant-Insurance Company has deposited the entire amount of claim pursuant to the order of the Trial Court dated 20/07/2018 passed in Claim Application No. 1506 of 2010.

903--3755-2019.DOC Applicant No. 1- Marlynn John Pinto is allowed to withdraw Rs. 1,50,000/- and Applicant No.2-Veronica John Pinto is allowed to withdraw Rs.10,00,000/-.

The applicants are further directed to give an undertaking of returning the said amount to be withdrawn in the event of appeal being allowed with prevailing rate of interest. Civil Application is allowed and is accordingly disposed of. (V.G.BISHT, J. ) Rekha Patil 2/2
