1. Time for payment of Bhatta is extended by a period of three weeks from today. If Bhatta is not paid within the time extended, writ petition shall stand dismissed, without further reference to the Court.
2. If Bhatta is paid in stipulated time, notice be issued to the respondents, returnable on 12th February, 2015.
