Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw this petition on instructions with liberty to file the proceedings under section 35-A of the Maharashtra Slum Areas (Improvement, Clearance & Redevelopment) Act, 1971. The statement is accepted.

The respondents shall not take any coercive steps against the petitioner for a period of two weeks from today in implementing the impugned order. It is made clear that if appropriate proceedings are not initiated within one week from today, interim protection granted by this Court to stand vacated without further reference to the 1/2

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted as aforesaid. No order as to costs.
