Heard the learned counsel for respondent No.1. th 2.
It is pointed out that by a self operative order dated 6 September 2004, Revision Application No.193 of 2004 came to be dismissed for default in taking requisite steps. The learned counsel submits that during the pendency of the revision application, the revision applicant was released on bail for a temporary period by an th May 2002 and the said order came to be continued order dated 10 th June 2002.

It is the grievance of the respondent No.1 that despite the dismissal of the revision application, by the self-operative order, dated th September 2004, the sentence imposed upon the revision applicant has not been been executed in view of the aforesaid bail order. It would be suffice to clarify that in view of the dismissal of the Revision Application No.193 of 2002, all the orders of releasing the revision applicant on bail till the disposal of the revision application, came to an end.
