By this appeal, the appellant Insurance Company is challenging the judgment and award dated 31.01.2014 passed by the Motor accident Claim Tribunal, Pune, at Pune, in Motor accidents claims petition No. 1126 of 2010 holding that the respondent claimants are entitled sum of Rs. 3,49,000/- by way of compensation with interest 8% p.a.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for appellant and the impugned judgment and award, I am satisfied that appellant has made out a case for following order. a) Admit b) Printing dispensed with c) Appellant to file private paper book within one year from Najeeb

d) Registry is directed to call Record and Proceeding immediately.

e) This Court has not granted any interim-relief in favour of the Appellant at present.
