Learned APP has produced a letter dated 20/12/2019 sent by the Superintendent of Kolhapur Central Prison to the office of Public Prosecutor which shows that he has been released on 09/07/2015 after completion of the prison term. A copy of the said communication is taken on record as Exh. "A". We therefore, dispose of the petition as infructuous.
