The learned Counsel for the respondent no.2 and the learned APP on instructions submit that the Police have completed the investigation and have submitted the chargesheet before the Court of competent jurisdiction. The learned APP on instructions submits that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is no more required. In view of the same, the interim protection granted to the applicant by order dated 22.7.2015 is hereby confirmed.
