Heard Mr.Sumit Kothari, learned Counsel for the petitioner, Mr. C.D. Mali, learned A.G.P. for respondents No.1 to 3-State and Mr.Ajinkya Vadane, learned Counsel for respondents No.6 to 30. 3.

Mr. Kothari has tendered a praecipe dated 21.12.2018 along with affidavit of the petitioner dated 21.12.2018 and photo-copy of Aadhaar Card of the petitioner. Same is taken on record and marked 'X collectively' for identification. He further states that the petitioner is present in the Court today.

In the light of the affidavit and instructions given by the petitioner, he seeks permission to withdraw the Petition. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection. 5.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr. Kothari, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such. Order accordingly.
