(4)BA-1488-13 Station Kolhapur, informs that while the present application was pending, the applicant had simultaneously filed another application for bail in the Sessions court at Kolhapur. That application was filed in the month of November 2013 and has been dismissed on 11th December 2013. This would mean that there were two applications for bail filed by the applicant simultaneously at two different place. Since the application is placed on board for dismissal, and since the advocates on record are not present to argue the application, the same is dismissed.
