1] By a reasoned Order dated 11th September 2018, the applicants were granted interim relief and were directed to attend the concerned Investigating Officer on stipulated dates, to join the process of investigation.

2] Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned APP. Perused the record of investigation.

3] The record indicates that, the principal borrower has already repaid the amount and no dues balance certificate has been issued by the concerned Bank in his favour. It further appears that, the said bank has not raised grievance against the applicants for the transaction mentioned in the 1/2

The record further indicates that, in pursuance of Order dated 11th September 2018, the applicants have attended the Investigating Officer and joined the process of investigation. 4] In view thereof, interim relief granted by Order dated 11th September 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigation Officer is waived.
