In these circumstances, we dispose of the Petition by directing Respondent No.5-Executive Engineer for Koper-Khairane Ward, Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation to decide the said Representations dated 24th August 2021 and 26th August 2021 of the Petitioners expeditiously and in any event within ten weeks.
