By this application, the applicant-State seeks condonation of delay of 768 days for filing appeal under Section 12 of M.C.O.C.Act. 2.

We have heard learned APP for State as well as learned Counsel for the respondents. Learned Counsel for the respondents has urged before us that sufficient cause has not been shown by the applicant for condonation of delay. 3.
