Having regard to the fact that the applicant was on bail during proceeding before the trial Court as well as Appellate Court and having regard to the grounds taken in the revision, the substantive sentence of imprisonment imposed upon the applicant for a fixed period is hereby suspended pending admission of the revision application.

The applicant is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing a P.R. Bond in sum of Rs. 30,000/- with one or two sureties to make us like amount and subject to the condition of the applicant (i) staying at the address mentioned in the application, (ii) not threatening the witnesses who has deposed against her at the trial and (iii) not misusing the order of bail for fleeing away or for any other oblique purpose.

Liberty to renew the prayer for bail depending upon the fate of admission of revision application. Criminal Application stands disposed of.

Issue notice before admission returnable on 27-01-2015. Mrs. G.P. Mulekar, learned APP appears waiving service of notice on behalf of Respondent-State.
