After hearing the learned Advocate for the Petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutors for the Respondents, I modified the order dated 21st February, 2013 passed by the Special Judge in Special Case No.103 of 2012 as under :- "The Petitioners/Original Accused Nos.2 and 5 be released on bail in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- each with one solvent surety in the like amount or on depositing Rs.1,00,000/- cash in lieu of surety of Rs.1,00,000/-."
