Demand draft in the amount of ...1,65,000/- has been paid to the Respondent in terms of clause (8) of the Consent Terms, which are duly signed by the parties and their respective Advocates and placed on record which shall form a part of the record and marked 'X'.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant has submitted that the balance amount of Rs.55,000/- would be paid to the Respondent No. 1 from the amount deposited before the learned Magistrate, 56th Court, Mazgaon, which was seized of the proceedings under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. The Respondent has confirmed the contents of the Consent Terms, which have been signed by her and who has acknowledged the receipt of the demand draft of ....1,65,000/-. 3.
It is further submitted that a Non-Bailable warrant is operating against the applicant, which will accordingly stand withdrawn. 4.
The revision petitions accordingly stand disposed off in view of the above Consent Terms.

The criminal miscellaneous applications for bail accordingly stand disposed off.
