Mentioned. Not on Board. Taken on Board.
2.
Heard Mr. Wagh, the learned Advocate for the Applicant and Mr. Konde-Deshmukh, the learned A.P.P. for the Respondent-State. 3.
Perused the order dated 21st November, 2014 passed by this Court in Criminal Application No.1496 of 2014. The Applicant is a very poor man. It is already held by the trial Court that the Applicant had no intention to cause death of the deceased. The Applicant has been convicted of the offence punishable under Section 304 Part II of the IPC. It appears to me that conviction of the Applicant under Section 1/2
304 Part II of the IPC also needs very closer examination. In the circumstances, I am inclined to modify the order as under :- "The Applicant be released on bail in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount. "
4.
The Criminal Application stands disposed of.
