In paragraph (3) it is clarified that the writ petitions are kept pending insofar as the petitioner no.7 in Writ Petition No. 1294 of 2018 and insofar as petitioner no.11 in Writ Petition No. 12781 of 2017 are concerned.

In paragraph (2) it is clarified that we direct the State Government to consider the proposal for the appointment of the petitioner that would be submitted by the management in accordance with law within the time prescribed.
