By order dated 26.11.2015, the applicant was released on bail for a period of four weeks in view of his medical ailment. Pursuant to the said order, the applicant has been released from jail. The applicant is now seeking extension of the said period by three weeks as his operation is scheduled on 25.12.2015.

In view of the medical ailment and looking to the fact that the operation of the applicant is fixed on 25.12.2015, the bail period is extended by a further period of three weeks.
