Heard. I see no merit in the application because the documents came to be filed on record through the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The contention of the learned counsel for the applicant that there should be an order for further investigation and those documents ought to have filed with the police report is unmerited because, ultimately, the documents were placed on record of the trial court through the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. The application is, therefore, dismissed.
