By this application, the applicant is making a prayer that the delay of 5 days in paying the compensation amount of Rs.11,000/- for the month of December, 2017 to be deposited as per order dated 26th October, 2015 passed by this Court be condoned and a further direction to accept the Demand Draft of Rs.11,000/- bearing no.002758 dated 7th December, 2017 drawn by TJSB Bank at Dadar (W) Branch towards the

Considering the averments made in the application, it is in the interest of justice that the prayers made in the Civil Application be granted.

Civil Application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). No costs.

The compensation amount of Rs.11,000/- for the month of December, 2017 be deposited in this Court, within a period of one week from today.
