This interim Application is fled seeking the following reliefs :- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court may continue the relief granted in favour of the Applicant/Original Respondent at Para 5 of the order dated 21st December 2022, for such reasonable time as may be deemed ft and proper in the interest of justice; (b) For such further and other reliefs as deemed necessary depending upon the circumstances of the case." 3.
A request was made before this Court by fling I. A. No. 4413 of 2022 to extend the time for giving effect to order dated 12.12.2022 granting bail to the Respondent. This Court on
501. IA 4526-2022 (Prod).doc consideration of the submissions advanced by both the parties passed an order dated 21.12.2022. Para 5 of the said order reads as under :- "5.
Considering the request made by the learned ASG, in the interest of justice, the request for extension deserves to be accepted. Therefore, the order dated 12/12/2022 will not take effect till 27/12/2022. It is made clear that no further request of extension under any circumstances will be entertained."

Learned counsel for the Applicant strenuously contended that he has fled an interim Application before the Hon'ble Apex Court for listing the matter and he hope that the matter would be taken up tomorrow. Therefore, he prays that atleast three days extension may be granted. The learned counsel for the Respondent opposes the prayer. He would submit that in view of specifc observations made in paragraph 5 of the order dated 21.12.2022, such request cannot be entertained. 5.
I have given thoughtful consideration to submissions of the parties. Considering the specifc observations in the order dated 21.12.2022, request made for further extension cannot be entertained. The Application stands disposed of accordingly. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order duly signed by Personal Assistant to Hon'ble Judge, High Court, Bombay.
