1] Pursuant to the liberty granted by this Court, the learned Advocate for the applicant has amended the application and has prayed that he may be allowed to amend the main petition to change the name of Superintendent of Nashik prison to Superintendent of Yerwada Central Prison.

2] Since learned APP does not dispute that the detenu is detained at Yerawada prison and not at Nashik prison, the said prayer for amendment to the title of the petition is granted. Amendments be carried out forthwith. Matter be moved after the amendment is carried out.
