This Petition is filed by the State of Maharashtra impugning the judgment and order dated 8-05-2006 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli in RCS No.213 of 2001 and the orders dated 16-03-2017 and 31-01-2018 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli in Regular Darkhast No.157 of 2006 in RCS No.213 of 2001. 2.

The Petitioners have an alternate remedy to challenge the aforesaid orders. In the circumstances, we are not inclined to entertain the Petition. The Petition is dismissed with liberty to the Petitioners to invoke the alternate remedy available in law.
