NOTICE OF MOTION NO.1068 OF 2015 The counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the notice of motion.
The notice of motion is dismissed as withdrawn. NOTICE OF MOTION NO.1387 OF 2015 Ms. Jethra, counsel instructed by Dewani and Associates states that defendant no.1 is the applicant in this notice of motion and they have recently been instructed to file Vakalatnama in the matter. Ms. Jethra further states that the Vakalatnama will be filed in the registry during the course of today and also requests the matter be stood over so that they can take full and complete instructions in the matter. Ms. Jethra, on instructions, states that even notice of motion no.1400 of 2015 and notice of motion no.1402 of 2015 are taken out by the defendant no.1.
Therefore, the notice of motion no.1387 of 2015, notice of motion no.1400 of 2015 and notice of motion no.1402 of 2015 be listed for hearing on 19th January, 2017.
