Allowed to withdraw. However, it is made clear that "writ petition no. 10764 of 2015" be read, by consent, as "writ petition no.10764 of 2014".
The present Appeal is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. Notice of Motion (L) No. 151 of 2017 also stands disposed of accordingly.
