Heard Mr.Chaturvedi, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.Patni, learned counsel for the respondent. Perused the procedural order dated 04/11/2014 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator. 2.

This is an application under section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, where the applicant has prayed for issuance of a process/summons to the witnesses to appear before the learned Arbitral Tribunal at the hearing of the Arbitration proceedings fixed on 10th and 11th January, 2015. The learned Sole Arbitrator in his order dated 14/11/2014 has recorded no objection of the respondent on this count. 3.

This application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The office is directed to issue appropriate summons as prayed for. Gaikwad RD 1/2
