All these petitions are filed against the order cancelling banking license of Mahatma Phule Urban Co-operative Bank Ltd. The bank had also filed Writ Petition No. 6803 of 2013 which is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file appeal. In the light of that, respective counsel for petitioners on instructions

2 wp 6792.13 of the petitioners seek leave to withdraw the writ petitions. They also seek liberty to intervene in the appeal that would be filed by the bank.

The writ petitions are disposed of as withdrawn. The petitioners may file such application for intervention in the appeal filed by the bank, which applications would be considered by the authority dealing with the appeal on its own merits. All contentions of respective parties in respect of intervention application if filed are kept open.
