(2) At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner prays that, ad interim relief granted by this court on 4th September, 2013 be continued for two weeks. Prayer is vehemently opposed by learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1.

(3) In the interest of justice, ad interim relief granted by this court on 04/09/2013 to continue for two weeks from today. Said period of two weeks will come to an end on 5th January, 2014.
