The Applicant prays for condonation of 58 days' delay and for recalling of the order of the learned Registrar dated 27.06.2016 by which the registration was refused as office objections in the Writ Petition were not removed.

I have heard the learned Advocate for the Applicant. For the reasons set out in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay is condoned. The order dated 27.06.2016 is recalled.

*2* 911.ca.15774.16 The Applicant shall remove all office objections in the Writ Petition on or before 13.01.2017 after which the Writ Petition shall be registered and placed for admission on 23.01.2017. If this direction is not complied with on or before 13.01.2017, this order shall stand recalled and by dismissing this Civil Application, the order of the Registrar dated 27.06.2016 shall stand restored.
