None for the applicant. The application was heard on 22nd December, 2014. Today it was kept for making statement by the learned counsel for the applicant regarding the instructions as to whether the present application can be withdrawn or not.

The reading of the impugned order would show that the minors are of tender-age whose temporary custody is granted to their mother - the respondent only for four days. The allegations regarding the alleged illicit relations of the respondent are yet to be established in the matrimonial court. Even the custody period has already begun. In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed.
