2] Learned counsel for applicants submitted that in Criminal Application 6264/13, name of applicant no.2 was mentioned as Manisha Pandurang Jadhav on the basis of her name mentioned in FIR. He submitted that her correct name is Manisha Maruti Doke. He submitted that in Sessions Court, the wrong name of the applicant is shown. He took this Court through application and the names given and the signatures of accused persons on page no. 12 of this proceeding. He took this Court through correspondence with jail authority showing that the jail authority was in difficulty as

3] In view of these circumstances, application is allowed. Correction is allowed to be made on application etc. Fresh writ is to be issued. Correction is to be made in the order also. [T.V.NALAWADE,J.] umg/
