5] Reading of both the complaints would show that present applicant has allegedly prepared the forged transfer orders while he was working as the Junior Education Extension Officer with the Zilla Parishad.
6] Learned counsel for the applicant submits that earlier the Writ Petition were filed against the Zilla Parishad regarding the issue of promotion of present applicant and therefore, as a counter blast, present complaints are filed. He further submits that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary and he may be released on bail in the event of his arrest.
