On instructions learned counsel for applicant submits that Insurance Company shall deposit amount in terms of Award within four weeks. In view of statement made, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' subject to deposit of amount within four weeks from the date of order. In case amount is not deposited within stipulated period, the order stands recalled
