Hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

The applicant seeks for correction in the name of accused in the order passed by this Court dated 24.08.2020. It is pointed out that instead of accused namely Panjab Gulabrao Shinde, name of someone else i.e. Niraj Tirthraj Pal has been mentioned.

Perused papers and found that inadvertent mistake has occurred in mentioning the name of applicant/accused.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no objection to correct the name as prayed. In view of that application is allowed and disposed of.

The name of applicant/accused be corrected as "Panjab Gulabrao Shinde" in place of "Niraj Tirthraj Pal" in paragraph no.5 sub-clause (ii) of the order passed by this Court dated 24.08.2020. Order be corrected accordingly.

This order be communicated to the counsel appearing for the parties, either on the e-mail address or on WhatsApp or by such other mode, as is permissible in law.
