MISC. CIVIL APPLICATION ST. NO.14276 OF 2015 Prayer is to restore the civil revision application which was dismissed for want of prosecution. For the reasons stated in the application, the order dismissing the civil revision application is revoked. However, the applicant to pay costs of Rs.500/- to the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee within a period of four weeks from today. Similarly, objections, if any, shall be removed within a period of four weeks. If aforesaid directions are not complied, earlier order dismissing the civil revision application shall revive without reference to the Court. Misc. Civil application is disposed of.
