The learned counsel for the appellant states that the amount could not be deposited since bank account details are not furnished by the respondents. The learned counsel for the respondents disputes this. However in order to avoid controversy on the subject, the respondents are directed to furnish bank account details to the Chief Claims Officer, CSMT, Mumbai with a copy thereof to the learned counsel for the appellant.

The details to be furnished within a period of 15 days from today.

The amount be deposited in the bank account within a period of two months thereafter.
