At this stage, we are not in a position to accept the submissions that allegations in FIR prima facie do not make out any offence. However, we keep the said contentions open for its appropriate evaluation, in case charge sheet is filed.

With liberty to petitioner to raise the same at that stage, we dispose of the present matter. No costs.
