There is nothing on record to show that house of petitioner is damaged on account of any natural calamity. Hence, in this situation, considering the provisions of Rule 19 of Bombay Furlough and Parole Rules, 1959 in present matter, no case is made out warranting intervention. Criminal Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed. No costs.
