O R D E R

(Date: 3/3/2024) The Petitioner and respondents are present. The parties have willingly and amicably settled the dispute. Both parties have filed terms and conditions of compromise in Form 'H'. Terms of compromise are read over and recorded.

In view of compromise, order is passed. The Petition stands disposed of in terms of compromise Form 'H', however with a direction to deposit the amount of compensation within eight weeks from today. The respondents shall be entitled to withdraw amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest, after deducting the amount, if any already withdrawn, as per orders of the court.

The Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant as per rules. 4.

Filing of a separate petition does not require for withdrawal of amount as per this order/award.

Copy of this order be supplied to the learned Counsel for the parties free of costs.
