Mr. Lingayat, learned counsel for respondent nos.1 and 2, having submitted that for considering the merits of the matter, though the said respondents are not objecting the prayer for restoration, having regard to the reasons mentioned in the application, they are only requested ad-interim order may not be continued as the applicant has not deposited the maintenance of child.

Having regard to the said submission and having regard to the reasons mentioned in the application, the order dated 12.12.2013 dismissing Criminal Writ Petition No.504 of 2013 is hereby recalled, subject to applicant clearing arrears of maintenance without fail by the next date. The applicant shall file a pursis giving details of payment made. The application stands disposed of.
