DATED : 05/02/2020 CIVIL APPLICATION (W) NO.306 OF 2020 This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioners seeking extension of the direction given by this Court in paragraph 15 of judgment and order dated 20/12/2019, whereby the writ petition stood dismissed. It was observed in paragraph 15 that the petitioners shall implement the judgment of the University and College Tribunal on expiry of six weeks from the date of the judgment.

It is contended on behalf of the petitioners that further extension of time would be required in view of the fact that the petitioners are intending to approach the Hon'ble Supreme Court to challenge the said judgment and order of this Court and that translation of documents is taking some time.

In view of the above, this application is disposed of by extending the period specified in paragraph 15 of the judgment and order dated 20/12/2019 by further period of three weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted.
