After extensive discussion and when the Court expressed its opinion that the Court is rejecting the application, learned counsel Shri P.V.Navlani for the applicant submitted that he wishes to withdraw the application.

The criminal application is rejected as withdrawn. 4.

Since learned counsel for the applicant is withdrawing the application, the Court is not detailing prosecution case and Court's comments as to why the application is required to be rejected.
