After hearing learned counsel Shri M.P.Kariya for the applicant, learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri J.Y.Ghurde for the State, after perusing reply filed by the State, and when the Court was about to reject the application, learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he wishes to withdraw the application. He submitted that liberty be granted in favour of the applicant to file an application for grant of bail afresh, after filing of chargesheet, before learned Judge of Court below. 3.

The criminal application is rejected as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file an application .....2/-
