This Court was not inclined to grant ad-interim bail on 02.11.2018, even though the matter is prolonged. There is no substance in the application. In view of the allegations against the applicant, the Government Servant is threatened. The applicant went to the house in the night of Government Servant and threatened to beat him. The applicant had taken mob of other persons. Therefore, the applicant is not entitled for relief and interim protection. Hence, the application is rejected.
